By Angela Moore
Antiquing is just one of the many things to do in Lincoln City, Ore. The coastal town, about two and a half hours southwest of Portland on Highway 101, is also known for kite flying, tide pooling and glass blowing. Get Away in California Wine Country
7/30/2007
By Sandy Hood
If you need to get some fresh air, be in the country, go antiquing and eat in unique restaurants, I have just the two-day getaway for you.

Our family was treated by our younger daughter to a week in Windsor, Calif. at the Worldmark Windsor Resort -- out in the country across from a sheep, cattle and goose farm. We stayed in a condo perfect for the eight of us, with access to pool, spa and game room! Our son-in-law had to able to work, as did I, and they had the Internet connections we needed. My work was calling on antique shops and enjoying every minute!
